Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Greenhouse Worker to join our team. As a Greenhouse Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the cultivation and maintenance of plants in our greenhouse facility. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a passion for horticulture.

Duties:
- Assist with planting, watering, and fertilizing plants in the greenhouse
- Operate hand tools and equipment for tasks such as pruning, trimming, and potting
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move plants, soil, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse facility
- Assist with irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules are followed
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient greenhouse operations
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a garden, greenhouse, or farm setting is preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing
- Knowledge of hand tools commonly used in horticulture
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
